Write now to info@flomi.it indicating the order number and some more details to help us understand better. We will find a solution together!

I don’t like the fabric of the garment I received, what can I do?

Will the garments shrink after washing?

No, if you respect the washing instructions on the label your garment will always remain perfect!

Can I return my order?

Yes, if the garment does not meet your expectations you can ask for a return. To start the procedure, simply write to info@flomi.it indicating “RETURN” as the subject of the email

Fabrics

I am undecided between multiple fabrics and I would like to be able to see them before making the purchase, what can I do?

The solution is called “Your first box”!

A precious box costing € 10 that has fabrics and buttons inside.

If you decide to return it, at the time of purchasing the garment, we will subtract € 10 from the total of your order.

We will take care of collecting the box at the time of delivery of the order.

Why do some fabrics cost more than others?

Some fabrics have more valuable compositions.

The garments are handcrafted in Italy.

Production times?

Once the order is confirmed, the garment will be packaged in a maximum of 14 working days.
